Shipping charges:

Shipping charges to all destination countries are: EURO 7.70. Orders over EURO 68.00 are shipped free of charge.

Should you be an English speaking inhabitant of the Netherlands with a delivery address in the Netherlands, the Dutch shipping charges of EURO 4.00 will apply. Therefore you will be afterwards refunded the additional paid costs of EURO 3.70.

Delivery time:

After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order receipt through e-mail. In addition you will receive notice within 24 hours on working days if your order is in stock and when your order will be shipped.

When you pay the order by Creditcard, shipping takes place within 24 hours on working days, provided that the ordered items are in stock.

When you pay the order by Banktransfer, shipping takes place as soon as we have received your banktransfer. It is wise to wait with your banktransfer until you have received notice through e-mail, that the ordered items are in stock.

Almost all items we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. On the product pages is specified if certain items are temporarily out of stock. Should you nevertheless order an item that is not in stock, then we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the expected delivery time. If you do not want to wait until your ordered items are back in stock, then you can always cancel or change the order.

 

We ship all the orders by priority mail. The delivery time depends on the destination country. Following is an indication of the delivery time for the several European countries:

Germany and France: 2 to 3 working days
Italy and Spain: 3 to 4 working days
Austria: 2 to 3 working days
United Kingdom and Sweden: 2 to 3 working days
Zwitserland: 2 to 3 working days
For all other countries: 2-4 working days

We only deliver to the European community and Switzerland.


Exchanges/Returns:

Should you not be satisfied with the ordered items or if you want to exchange items , then the items can be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the order for a refund or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned and are non refundable. Returns and exchanges must be announced in advance via info@chilla.nl or by fax 0031 313 415656.

 

The shipping costs and risk for return packages are at your own expense, also if you want to exchange items. Therefore send your package to us via insured/prepaid mail and enclose a copy of your invoice. We do not accept freight collect packages.

 

Items must be returned in the original state, in the original packaging. In original state means that all tags must be attached to the garment in original form. We cannot take back worn (of course you can try on the items) , soiled or damaged swimwear, unless you receive a defective item. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the returned items have already been worn or damaged through no fault of ours. This also applies if items have not been washed correctly. As soon as we have received your return items, we will refund the returned items. We do not refund shipping charges.

If you want to exchange items for another size, color or item, please notify us by e-mail what you would like to receive in exchange. If the items you would like to receive are less expensive than the returned items, you will receive a refund for the price difference. If the items you would like to receive are more expensive than the returned items, than you have to remit/pay the price difference.
We will deliver the exchange items free of shipping charges.

Privacy and security are very important to us. Personal information that you provide is kept in the strictest confidence. We never share or sell personal information to anyone. We only use the provided personal information to process and carry out your order. You will only receive an order receipt or e-mail concerning your order.
