You can order an item by choosing a color and a size and by pressing the "add to shopping bag" button. Every time you order an item, you will be directed to the shopping bag. Here you will see a list with an elaborate description of the items you have ordered. Here you can decide if you want to continue shopping, if you want to make changes to your order (delete items/change quantities) or if you are ready ordering you can press the "checkout" button to continue to the shipping page.

After you have chosen your payment method you press "Continue to Order Form" and continue to the order form.

 

Filling out the credit card order form takes place in 3 steps:
1) Fill out you address information and press "Continue"
2) Check you order and press "Continue"
3) Now you will be direct to the SSL protected server of Multipay, our Payment Service Provider.

Here you can fill out your credit card infomation safe and secure. After you have filled out your credit card information you press "Continue".
Your order will now be transmitted through a secure connection in an encrypted (scrambled) form.
Alway check if you have filled out your e-mail address correctly, otherwise we cannot process your order. Within a few minutes you will automatically receive an order receipt. You will also receive an e-mail within 24 hours on working days to notify you if your order is in stock and when your order will be shipped. If you place your order in the weekend, then we will notify you on Monday.

 

The same procedure counts for filling out the iDEAL order form. On the SSL protected server of Multipay, our Payment Service Provider, you can choose your bank. Here you can safely submit your banking information to pay for the order.

 

Filling out the Banktransfer orderform takes place in 1 step:
1) Fill out you address information and press "Submit Order". Your order is now placed.

If you want to pay for your order by bank transfer, you can also fax us your order. You can use our online ordering system (explained above). Fill out the Bank transfer order form.
